The New Years Eve Box
Inspired by fizzing cocktails, shimmering jewellery and silky gowns, the New Years Eve Box brings the glamour of a New Years Eve party to the comfort of your armchair and includes everything you need to ring in the new year with a glorious cast on!Â
All options include a rose gold progress keeper set with a progress keeper mounted on a lobster clasp and six coordinating stitch markers, plus a little treat!
The Palette
Burnished coral: Warm, faded coral with the richness of old rosewood and the glow of a candlelit room. It brings warmth and a slightly vintage, theatrical quality to the palette — like a coral silk sash or a cocktail at golden hour.
Champagne tangerine:Â A vivid, golden orange that feels like sparkling champagne catching the light. This is the palette's exuberant note: optimistic, irreverent and made for a midnight celebration. It stops the heritage florals from feeling too polite.
Powdered periwinkle:Â A softened blue-violet, reminiscent of faded chintz, Wedgwood porcelain and silk evening gloves. It cools the warmer shades and introduces a distinctly English, slightly aristocratic elegance.
Frosted duck-egg blue:Â Airy, pale and quietly sophisticated. It evokes frosted windowpanes, fine porcelain and the cool shimmer of a winter evening. This is the breathing space that makes the bolder colours feel considered rather than overwhelming.
Antique rose pink:Â Soft, powdery pink with a vintage, slightly faded quality. Romantic without being sugary, it nods to old-fashioned rose gardens, silk ribbons and the femininity of a beautifully dressed drawing room.
Opera pink:Â A spirited, saturated rose pink with a hint of theatricality. It brings the party: the flash of a satin lining, a silk bow or a final flourish of lipstick before midnight.
Vintage claret: A muted, wine-coloured red that lends the palette depth and a sense of age. This is the decadent counterpoint, reminiscent of red wine, antique upholstery and the velvet-lined interiors of a grand country house.
Celadon sage: A soft, botanical green with a gently weathered quality. It grounds the florals in the English countryside: garden foliage, painted furniture, old conservatories and the patina of antique objects.
